Army Officer

Army Morale, Welfare and Recreation is a private nonprofit that is defined to be used to benefit the welfare of these men and women who serve our country as defenders of the nation. MWR also called in short, is an organization working in a large network that moves a block to support and facilitate leisure and comfort to help you make a better life for soldiers, military retirees, civilian employees and their families.

The MWR concept started long before the creation of the creation of law in the battlefields of World War Hello, where the sisters and volunteers of the Army Red Cross has served the needs of the soldiers, acting as their main source of morale, welfare and recreation. Everything went almost to an end, however, when the war ended and the next program until 1940, when the Adjutant General's Office created the Division of Ethics, now known as special services.

To From there, military and civil law are the foundation of recreation programs that were established between 1946 and 1955. The active-duty enlisted soldiers and officers were assigned to different levels of command within the special services of the military occupational specialties, which runs until mid-1980. While certain skills I could not continue, that civilians continue today MWR program became operational. And after a series of reorganizations and name changes of the program, eventually became known as the morale, welfare and recreation program.

Today, MWR continues to provide services that help reduce stress and improve skills and build self-confidence and camaraderie between colleagues, and thus restore their morale, welfare and recreation, in turn, helps conserve much needed talented people and talent in the army, reminding that there are people who care are willing to support all while serving in defending the country.

With a mission to serve the needs and responsibilities of each member of the community, regardless of where the Army are, as they continue to serve the Army, MWR defend its ideology, but a better quality of life must be attributed to soldiers who have sworn to defend his country.

After all, we need a more rigorous training and dedication to produce an army that is willing and able. Soldiers must play in balancing their work also, you know.
