How can you tell an authentic Chinese restaurant?
I go to a Chinese restaurant called Jade Express is managed by Chinese families. Anyway all I eat is fried rice with shrimp, so I want to try new things. I really want to eat food served in China.
Edwardian Princess Hello! Why not ask the staff to prepare an authentic Chinese meal for you? My parents (born and raised in China) owns and operates a Chinese restaurant in almost 40 years of service in Asia and Asians are not alike. They were very happy that he is not a dish on the menu for their customers. BTW .. fried rice is the only authentic. What you get in Jade Express may vary the way they do at home, but eat fried rice in China. Cheers!
