Excellent Nicely

I had a good work history until a year ago when I became very ill. He had three brain ops. ?
I had to quit my job because it was hard work and I recently asked an office of good work well below my abilities. I told them I was sick, but had not had a year sick leave. They accepted me, but only before starting, I was told to attend an interview. They said (nicely) that I had lied by not telling the Year off. He told me that I had put in my way of disease, but skirt around during the interview, but I said I was sick. I think I will be dismissed before start. Can they do that? Thank you both for your responses. You have been right – who do not complete the job. Personally, I think were to blame when I told them (As in interviews) that I was sick, we never asked anything about it. So I put the whole truth about my medical history. They obviously did not read correctly. Anyway, do not go further. But thanks to the two modes.
You would not lie if you actively provided inaccurate information. Not to mention their state of health or free time is not a lie and can not be accepted against him. When you have completed the employment application, if you indicated that you were at work during this year – particularly in the employment application, which had to sign to certify the accuracy – that would be cause for termination. Having said all that, employers are very limited in what can be asked and how they can discriminate against you for medical reasons. You should contact an employment lawyer and if you have a case here, probably before I know that even if the employer has the intention of his dismissal. Good luck!
